Account and registration
KYC verification requires a valid Indonesian identity document (KTP, SIM, or Paspor) and proof of address issued within the past 12 months. We accept utility bills, bank statements, or government-issued address letters. Upload both documents to your account settings under "Verification." If your submission is rejected, we provide a reason in your account dashboard — common issues include poor image quality or mismatched address details. On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter the email address or phone number linked to your account. We'll send a reset link to your email or an SMS code to your phone (whichever you registered). Click the email link or enter the code within subject to verification. You'll then set a new password. If you don't receive the reset email or SMS within subject to verification, check your spam folder or request a new code. For security, we do not reset passwords over the phone or email — you must complete the reset through the authenticated link or code method.
Yes, you can update your email or phone in Account Settings under "Contact Details." We'll send a verification code to your new email or phone to confirm ownership. Enter the code within subject to verification to complete the update. If you change the email linked to your account, you'll need to use the new email for future password resets and support inquiries. Changes take effect immediately after verification.
Payments and transactions
On the Deposit page, select your payment method (local payment, online payment, or e-wallet), enter your deposit amount, and click "Continue." You'll be redirected to the app or web page of your chosen wallet. Log in, confirm the payment, and you'll return to manatoto. The deposit appears in your account within 30 seconds in most cases. If the transfer fails, your wallet balance is refunded automatically within 1 hour. For deposits over 5 million IDR, some wallet providers may require additional verification or split the transfer across multiple transactions — check with your bank or wallet provider if you see unexpected limits.
Yes, we accept deposits via mobile banking or bank-to-bank transfer from local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking. For bank transfers, we provide a virtual account number (VA) unique to your manatoto account. Transfer your deposit amount to the VA from your bank app or ATM. The deposit confirms within subject to verification on weekdays; transfers on weekends or public holidays may take until the next business day. Do not send multiple transfers to the same VA — use one transfer per deposit. Include only numbers in the transfer description; text or symbols may delay confirmation.
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. We review each withdrawal for compliance with anti-money-laundering rules before final approval. Transfers to local payment, online payment, or e-wallet typically arrive within subject to verification after approval; bank transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Weekend and public holiday withdrawals are queued and processed on the next business day. Check your withdrawal status in "Transaction History" in your account.
Common reasons for delays: (1) Your KYC verification is incomplete — finish verification in Account Settings to proceed. (2) The withdrawal amount exceeds your daily limit for your account level — contact support to confirm limits. (3) Account activity flagged for review — we may hold withdrawals for 24–48 hours if we detect unusual patterns. (4) The receiving bank or wallet is unavailable — try again in an hour. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 48 hours after approval, email support with your transaction ID and account email.
